وَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
عَلَيْكُمْ بِلَحْمِ الظَّهْرِ؛ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْ أَطْيَبِهِ
Translation
