حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ سَهْلَوَيْهِ الْآدَمِيُّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّاغَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ الضُّبَعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

مَنْ وَجَدَ تَمْرًا فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَيْهِ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَى الْمَاءِ؛ فَإِنَّ الْمَاءَ طَهُورٌ

    ويقال إن سعيدا وهم وإنما روى شعبة هذا الحديث عن عاصم عن حفصة عن سلمان بن عامر وهو الصحيح

    machine translationIt is said that Saʿīd made an error (wahima), and that Shuʿbah only narrated this hadith from ʿĀṣim, from Ḥafṣah, from Salmān b. ʿĀmir, and this is the sound (ṣaḥīḥ) version.
