حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، نَا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْقَزَّازُ، نَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ قَالَ:

عَفَوْتُ لَكُمْ عَنِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ الْمِئَتَيْنِ زَكَاةٌ
