حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنَخَّلِ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، لُوَيْنٌ، نَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ غُنَيْمِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

إِنَّ اللهَ جَلَّ ذِكْرُهُ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ آدَمَ قَبَضَ مِنْ صُلْبِهِ قَبْضَتَيْنِ، فَوَقَعَ كُلُّ طَيِّبٍ فِي يَمِينِهِ وَكُلُّ خَبِيثٍ بِيَدِهِ الْأُخْرَى، فَقَالَ: هَؤُلَاءِ أَصْحَابُ الْيَمِينِ وَلَا أُبَالِي، وَهَؤُلَاءِ أَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ، وَهَؤُلَاءِ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ، ثُمَّ أَعَادَهُمْ فِي صُلْبِ آدَمَ، فَهُمْ يُنْسَلُونَ عَلَى ذَاكَ الْآنَ

✧ Indeed, when Allah—may His mention be exalted—created Adam, He grasped two handfuls from his loins. Every good one fell into His right hand, and every vile one into His other hand. Then He said: “These are the people of the right, and I do not care; these are the people of Paradise, and these are the people of the Fire.” Then He returned them to Adam's loins, and they are being produced upon that until now.
