حَدَّثَنَا مِقْدَامٌ، نَا عَمِّي سَعِيدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، نَا مُفَضَّلُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ابْنِ أَخِي رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ:
أَقْبَلَ إِلَيْنَا رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ أَمْرٍ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَافِقًا، نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَحَرَّمَ كِرَى الْأَرْضِ
