حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ: ثَنَا أَسَدٌ: ثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
الْأَيِّمُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، وَالْبِكْرُ لَا تُنْكَحُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهَا " قَالُوا: وَكَيْفَ إِذْنُهَا ؟ قَالَ: " أَنْ تَسْكُتَ
Translation
