وَبِهِ: حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ: حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ أَعْتَقَ عَبْدًا فَمَالُهُ لَهُ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ السَّيِّدُ مَالَهُ، فَيَكُونُ لَهُ

Translation
