✧ The prayer time arrived while we were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when a wooden bowl of water was brought, so we performed ablution from it. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took it with his hand, then placed his palm over its mouth, then said: Tip over the ablution water. So we performed ablution from it, and water flowed out upon us from the bowl from between his fingers until we finished. I said to him: How many were the people, O Abu Hamzah? He said: Two hundred men. And Humayd al-Tawil also narrated to me, he said: They were eighty men.
