وَبِهِ: عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمَّا قَدِمَ مَكَّةَ وَجَدَ بِهَا ثَلَاثَمِائَةٍ وَسِتِّينَ صَنَمًا، فَأَشَارَ بِعَصَاهُ إِلَى كُلِّ صَنَمٍ، وَقَالَ: جَاءَ الْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ الْبَاطِلُ إِنَّ الْبَاطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًا فَيَسْقُطُ الصَّنَمُ، وَلَمْ يَمَسَّهُ.
Translation

✧ When the Prophet ﷺ arrived in Makkah, he found in it three hundred and sixty idols. He pointed with his staff to every idol and said: 'Truth has come, and falsehood has vanished. Indeed falsehood is ever bound to vanish.' The idol would fall without him touching it.
