✧ A man from the Ansar came hurrying after his camel, and when the Maghrib prayer was called, he went to the mosque and found Mu'adh b. Jabal leading them. He began reciting Surat al-Baqarah or Al 'Imran. When the man saw that, he left and prayed by himself, then caught up with his camel. The people of Madinah said: 'So-and-so has become a hypocrite.' When the man heard that, he went to the Messenger of God ﷺ and told him. The Prophet ﷺ called Mu'adh and said: 'Are you a troublemaker? Why did you not recite "By the sun and its brightness" or "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High"?'
