حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ الدِّيبَاجِيُّ، ثَنَا شَبَابٌ الْعُصْفُرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ وَاصِلٍ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ الْحَدَّادُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

يُعْتِقُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ عَبْدِهِ مَا شَاءَ، إِنْ شَاءَ ثُلُثًا، وَإِنْ شَاءَ رُبُعًا، وَإِنْ شَاءَ خُمُسًا، لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ اللهِ ضُغْطَةٌ ".
