وَبِهِ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ السَّكَنِ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

فِي قَوْلِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَعْلُومَاتٌ. قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " ذُو الْقَعْدَةِ، وَذُو الْحِجَّةِ ". فَمَنْ فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ الْحَجَّ. قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: " التَّلْبِيَةُ وَالْإِحْرَامُ. فَلا رَفَثَ غِشْيَانُ النِّسَاءِ وَلا فُسُوقَ السِّبَابُ وَلا جِدَالَ الْمِرَاءُ

✧ Regarding God's words, Mighty and Majestic: 'The Hajj is [during] well-known months.' The Messenger of God ﷺ said: 'Dhu al-Qa'dah and Dhu al-Hijjah. So whoever makes the Hajj obligatory upon himself within them.' Ibn Umar said: 'The talbiyah and ihram. So no rafath—sexual intercourse with women; and no fusuq—insulting; and no jidal—disputing.'
