حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ
