حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، نَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
