✧ There was a day of the year when the wives of the Prophet ﷺ gathered with him, one day until nightfall. She said: On that day he said: 'The quickest of you to join me will be the longest of you in arm.' She said: So we began measuring among ourselves which of us had the longest arms. She said: Sawdah had the longest arms. When Zaynab died, we knew that she had been the longest of them in arm in goodness and charity. She said: Zaynab used to spin yarn and give it to the Prophet's ﷺ expeditions, and they would sew with it and use it in their campaigns. She said: On that day he said: 'What about one of you when the dogs of al-Haw'ab bark at her?'
