حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَنِيفَةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ قَيْسٍ الضَّبِّيُّ، عَنِ النَّهَّاسِ بْنِ قَهْمٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ
