✧ Our Lord, Blessed and Exalted, descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night has passed, and says: “Is there any servant of My servants who calls upon Me, that I may answer him? Is there any wrongdoer against himself who calls upon Me, that I may forgive him? Is there any whose provision is straitened? Is there any oppressed who remembers Me, that I may help him? Is there any captive who calls upon Me, that I may aid him?” He said: “It continues thus until the dawn shines, then our Lord, Mighty and Majestic, ascends to His Throne.”
