حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ الْعُصْفُرِيُّ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: نَا زِيَادُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الْيُحْمِدِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْإِثْمِدِ عِنْدَ النَّوْمِ، فَإِنَّهُ يُنْبِتُ الشَّعَرَ، وَيَجْلُو الْبَصَرَ
