Translation

✧ 'Uthman entered upon the Prophet ﷺ and confided with him for a long time, while I was below them. I was not startled except that 'Uthman was kneeling on his knees, saying: "Out of injustice and enmity, O Messenger of Allah?" So I thought that he informed him of his killing.
