حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ طَالُوتَ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، قَالَ: نَا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِذَا حَكَمْتُمْ فَاعْدِلُوا، وَإِذَا قَتَلْتُمْ فَأَحْسِنُوا، فَإِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مُحْسِنٌ يُحِبُّ الْإِحْسَانَ.
