✧ When the Prophet ﷺ came to Makkah, he circumambulated seven times, then went to the Maqam and prayed two rak'ahs, then went to Zamzam and said: 'Draw water.' Were it not that it would become a sunnah, I would have drawn it with my own hand. So he filled the bucket for him, and he filled (a vessel) from it, then he spat into the bucket and said: 'Pour it back into the well.' Then he went to the water-serving place and said: 'Give me to drink.' Al-Abbas said to him: 'O Messenger of Allah, this (water) has been touched by many hands and has many flies in it, and we have in the house something better than it.' He said: 'No, give me to drink from this.'
