حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، قَالَ: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

الْحَجَرُ الْأَسْوَدُ مِنْ حِجَارَةِ الْجَنَّةِ، وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ غَيْرُهُ، وَكَانَ أَبْيَضَ كَالْمَهَا، فَلَوْلَا مَا مَسَّهُ مِنْ دَنَسِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ مَا مَسَّهُ مِنْ ذِي عَاهَةٍ إِلَّا بَرَأَ

✧ The Black Stone is from the stones of Paradise, and there is nothing on earth from Paradise other than it. It was white like a crystal, and were it not for the filth of the pre-Islamic ignorance that touched it, no one with an ailment would touch it except that he would be healed.
