حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ قَالَ: نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْأَشْعَثِيُّ قَالَ: نَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ، وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ: أَشْمَطُ زَانٍ، وَعَائِلٌ مُسْتَكْبِرٌ، وَرَجُلٌ جَعَلَ اللهُ لَهُ بِضَاعَةً، فَلَا يَبِيعُ إِلَّا بِيَمِينِهِ، وَلَا يَشْتَرِي إِلَّا بِيَمِينِهِ

✧ Three people God will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection, nor purify them, and they will have a painful punishment: an adulterous old man with gray hair, a poor man who is arrogant, and a man for whom God has provided goods but he does not sell except with his right hand and does not buy except with his right hand.
