حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ رَوَاحَةَ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ قَالَ: نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ جَسْرِ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ آيَةٍ مِنْ كِتَابِ اللهِ، عَنْ قَوْلِهِ: وَمَسَاكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِي جَنَّاتِ عَدْنٍ ؟ فَقَالَا: عَلَى الْخَبِيرِ سَقَطْتَ، سَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: قَصْرٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِنَ اللُّؤْلُؤِ فِيهِ سَبْعُونَ دَارًا مِنْ يَاقُوتَةٍ حَمْرَاءَ، فِي كُلِّ دَارٍ سَبْعُونَ بَيْتًا مِنَ الزُّمُرُّدِ الْأَخْضَرِ، فِي كُلِّ بَيْتٍ سَبْعُونَ سَرِيرًا

✧ I asked ʿImrān b. Ḥuṣayn and Abū Hurayrah about a verse from the Book of Allah, about His saying: 'And pleasant dwellings in the Gardens of Eden'? They said: You have asked one well-informed. We asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said: 'A palace in Paradise of pearl, in it seventy dwellings of red ruby, in every dwelling seventy chambers of green emerald, in every chamber seventy beds.'
