✧ “O Messenger of Allah, what is the reward of fever?” He said, “Good deeds continue to flow for the one afflicted with it as long as a foot twitches or a vein throbs.” Then he said, “O Allah, I ask You for a fever that does not prevent me from going out in Your cause, nor from going out to Your House, nor to the mosque of Your Prophet.” And Ubayy was never touched except that he had a fever.
