✧ The Prophet ﷺ sent him and Muʿadh to Yemen, and said to them: "Make things easy, give glad tidings, teach, and do not drive people away." When they turned to leave, Abu Musa came back and said: "O Messenger of Allah, they have a drink made from honey that is cooked until it thickens, and mizr made from barley." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Everything that intoxicates and distracts from prayer is forbidden."
