حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ: نَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، مَوْلَى بِلَالِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ وَكَانَ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ يَرْوِي عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَالِمًا الْبُنَانِيَّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَوْلَايَ أَبُو هَانِئٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ، قَالَتْ:

دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ، عَلِّمْنِي عَمَلًا أَعْمَلُهُ وَأَنَا جَالِسَةٌ، فَقَدْ شَقَّ عَلَيَّ الْقِيَامُ فَقَالَ: " يَا أُمَّ هَانِئٍ "، قُلْتُ: لَبَّيْكَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ قَالَ: سَبِّحِي مِائَةَ تَسْبِيحَةٍ، فَإِنَّهُ عِدْلُ مِائَةِ رَقَبَةٍ، وَاحْمَدِي مِائَةَ تَحْمِيدَةٍ، فَإِنَّهُ عِدْلُ مِائَةِ فَرَسٍ مَعَ أَدَاتِهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَكَبِّرِي مِائَةَ تَكْبِيرَةٍ فَإِنَّهَا عِدْلُ مِائَةِ بَدَنَةٍ مُجَلَّلَةٍ مُسَبَّلَةٍ، وَهَلِّلِي مِائَةَ تَهْلِيلَةٍ فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَمُرُّ عَلَى ذَنْبٍ إِلَّا مَحَتْهُ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ entered upon me, so I said: O Prophet of Allah, teach me a deed I can do while sitting, for standing has become difficult for me. He said: "O Umm Hani'." I said: At your service, O Prophet of Allah. He said: Glorify Allah one hundred times, for it equals one hundred slaves; praise Allah one hundred times, for it equals one hundred horses with their gear in the path of Allah; magnify Allah one hundred times, for it equals one hundred camels adorned and prepared for sacrifice; and declare Allah's oneness one hundred times, for it does not pass over any sin except that it erases it."
