حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: نَا زَيْرَكٌ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الرَّازِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَغْرَاءَ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ عَوْفِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

لَا يَقُصُّ عَلَى النَّاسِ إِلَّا أَمِيرٌ، أَوْ مَأْمُورٌ، أَوْ مُتَكَلِّفٌ
