✧ Abū Ṭālib fell ill and the Prophet ﷺ visited him. He said to him, “O son of my brother, supplicate your God whom you worship to heal me.” He said, “O Allah, cure my uncle.” Then Abū Ṭālib got up as if he had been released from a bond. He said to him, “O son of my brother, your God whom you worship indeed obeys you.” He said, “And you, O uncle, if you obey Allah, He will indeed obey you.”
