حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَتَّابٍ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ الرَّازِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَغْرَاءَ قَالَ: نَا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ نَحَلَ ابْنَهُ نُحْلًا، فَبَانَ بِهِ الِابْنُ، فَاحْتَاجَ الْأَبُ، فَالِابْنُ أَحَقُّ بِهِ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ بَانَ بِهِ الِابْنُ، فَاحْتَاجَ الْأَبُ، فَالْأَبُ أَحَقُّ بِهِ

✧ Any man who gives his son a gift and the son takes possession of it, then the father becomes needy, the son is more entitled to it. If the son has not taken possession of it and the father becomes needy, the father is more entitled to it.
