حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ: نَا نَافِعُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الطَّاحِيُّ قَالَ: نَا نُوحُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ خَالِدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
يُجَاءُ بِالْمَوْتِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيُوقَفُ بَيْنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ، فَيُنَادِي مُنَادِي: يَا أَهْلَ الْجَنَّةِ، فَيَطَّلِعُونَ، فَيُقَالُ لَهُمْ: أَتَعْرِفُونَ هَذَا ؟ فَيَقُولُونَ: يَا رَبَّنَا، هَذَا الْمَوْتُ، فَيُذْبَحُ بَيْنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ، وَيُقَالُ لَهُمْ: خُلُودٌ لَا مَوْتَ
Translation

✧ Death will be brought on the Day of Resurrection and made to stand between Paradise and Hell. Then a caller will call out: 'O people of Paradise!' They will look up, and it will be said to them: 'Do you recognize this?' They will say: 'O our Lord, this is death.' It will then be slaughtered between Paradise and Hell, and it will be said to them: 'Eternal life, no death.'
