حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ الْيَحْصَبِيُّ الْحِمْصِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ قَالَ: نَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ نُوحٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْكِنْدِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ قَالَ:

أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَعْرَابِيَّانِ، فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: مَنْ خَيْرُ النَّاسِ يَا مُحَمَّدُ ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: مَنْ طَالَ عُمْرُهُ وَحَسُنَ عَمَلُهُ وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: إِنَّ شَرَائِعَ الْإِسْلَامِ قَدْ كَثُرَتْ عَلَيْنَا فَبِأَيِّهِ نَتَمَسَّكُ ؟ فَقَالَ: " لَا يَزَالُ لِسَانُكَ رَطْبًا مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللهِ

✧ Two bedouins came to the Prophet ﷺ. One of them said: “Who is the best of people, O Muhammad?” The Prophet ﷺ said: “He who lives long and does good deeds.” The other said: “The laws of Islam have become numerous for us; which should we hold to?” He said: “Keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of God.”
