حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ: نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ قَالَ: نَا صَالِحُ بْنُ أَبِي الْأَخْضَرِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ

أَنَّ الْفُتْيَا الَّتِي، كَانَتْ تُفْتَى بِهَا الْأَنْصَارُ: الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ رُخْصَةٌ كَانَتْ فِي أَوَّلِ الْإِسْلَامِ
