حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ الْبَحْرَانِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عُمَيْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ الْحَنَفِيُّ قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ
نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ: بَيْعِ الرَّجُلِ نَخْلَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا وَسْقًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا وَسْقٍ مِنْ رُطَبٍ، فَإِنْ كَانَ فِيهِ زِيَادَةٌ كَانَ لِلْمُبْتَاعِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ فِيهِ نُقْصَانٌ كَانَ عَلَى الْمُبْتَاعِ
