حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: نَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: نَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ قَالَ: نَا بِسْطَامُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: نَا مَالِكُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ خَطَبَهُمْ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ
