حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ قَالَ: نَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ بُرْقَانَ قَالَ: نَا أَيُّوبُ السَّخْتِيَانِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ. عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَعَثَ عَتَّابَ بْنَ أَسِيدٍ إِلَى مَكَّةَ، فَقَالَ: أَبْلِغْهُمْ عَنْ أَرْبَعِ خِصَالٍ: أَنَّهُ لَا يَصْلُحُ شَرْطَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ، وَلَا بَيْعٌ وَسَلَفٌ، وَلَا رِبْحُ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ
