حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ، قَالَ: نَا الْمُنْذِرُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ: نَا أَبِي قَالَ: نَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ صَالِحٍ الْغُدَانِيِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ. عَنْ أَوْسِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ أَصْبَحَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، فَغَسَلَ وَاغْتَسَلَ، وَبَكَّرَ، وَمَشَى وَلَمْ يَرْكَبْ، وَدَنَا وَلَمْ يَلْغُ، فَإِنَّ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ عَمَلًا مِنْ أَعْمَالِ الْبِرِّ، الصَّوْمِ وَالصَّلَاةِ

Translation

✧ Whoever reaches the morning of Friday, then washes and performs a full bath, goes early, walks and does not ride, draws near and does not engage in idle talk, then for every step he has a deed from the deeds of righteousness: fasting and prayer.
