حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ، قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ السَّكَنِ قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ كَثِيرٍ قَالَ: نَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي فَرْوَةَ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ. عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
