حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الزِّيَادِيُّ قَالَ: نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ الطَّائِفِيُّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ. عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

الْوَلَاءُ لُحْمَةٌ مِنَ النَّسَبِ لَا يُبَاعُ، وَلَا يُوهَبُ
