✧ Abū Mūsā entered upon al-Ḥasan b. ʿAlī to visit him when he was ill. ʿAlī said to him, “Have you come to us as a visitor, O Abū Mūsā, or as one visiting your nephew?” He said, “Rather, I have come as a visitor.” ʿAlī said, “Indeed, I heard him—meaning the Prophet ﷺ—say: ‘Whoever visits a sick person plunges into mercy, and when he sits down, it immerses him.’”
