أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ, وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى, قَالَا: نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ, نَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ, نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حُبَابٍ, نَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ, نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ السَّلُولِيُّ, عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ, عَنْ أَبِيهِ, عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ
قَالَ: اشْتَرَيْتُ أَنَا وَأَخِي مِائَةَ سَهْمٍ مِنْ سِهَامِ خَيْبَرَ, فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ, فَقَالَ: " يَا عَاصِمُ, مَا ذِئْبَانِ عَادِيَانِ أَصَابَا فَرِيقَةَ غَنَمٍ أَضَاعَهَا رَبُّهَا بِأَفْسَدَ لَهَا مِنْ حُبِّ الْمَرْءِ الْمَالَ وَالشَّرَفَ لِدِينِهِ " وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ: " فَرِيسَةَ غَنَمٍ "
