وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ, نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ, نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ, نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ, نَا حُمَيْدٌ, عَنْ أَنَسٍ
قَالَ: اشْتَكَى ابْنٌ لِأَبِي طَلْحَةَ فَرَاحَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ وَتُوُفِّيَ الْغُلَامُ. فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِمَعْنَاهُ, وَقَالَ فِي الْعَارِيَةِ: فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ قَالَتْ: أَلَمْ تَرَ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ إِلَى آلِ فُلَانٍ اسْتَعَارُوا عَارِيَةً تَمَتَّعُوا بِهَا, فَلَمَّا طُلِبَتْ مِنْهُمْ شَقَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ ". قَالَ: مَا أَنْصَفُوا. قَالَتْ: فَإِنَّ فُلَانًا, لِابْنِهَا, كَانَ عَارِيَةً مِنَ اللهِ وَقَبَضَهُ اللهُ. فَاسْتَرْجَعَ ", ثُمَّ غَدَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ. فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَرَوَى هَذِهِ الْقَصَّةَ عُبَادَةُ بْنُ رِفَاعَةَ وَقَالَ فِي آخِرِهَا: " لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ لِذَلِكَ الْغُلَامِ سَبْعَةَ بَنِينَ كُلَّهُمْ قَدْ قَرَءُوا الْقُرْآنَ "
