أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا أَبُو شُجَاعٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ، نَا الْجَارُودُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ،
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " أَتُرْعَوْنَ عَنْ ذِكْرِ الْفَاجِرِ، اذْكُرُوهُ بِمَا فِيهِ كَيْ يَعْرِفَهُ النَّاسُ وَيَحْذَرَهُ النَّاسُ "، " فَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ يُعَدُّ فِي إِفْرَادِ الْجَارُودِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ بَهْزٍ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ غَيْرِهِ وَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ، وَهُوَ إِنْ صَحَّ فَإِنَّمَا أَرَادَ بِهِ فَاجِرًا مُعْلِنًا بِفُجُورِهِ، أَوْ فَاجِرًا يَأْتِي بِشَهَادَةٍ، أَوْ يُعْتَمَدُ عَلَيْهِ فِي أَمَانَةٍ فَيُحْتَاجُ إِلَى بَيَانِ حَالِهِ لِئَلَّا يَقَعَ الِاعْتِمَادُ عَلَيْهِ، وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ "، وَقَدْ
