أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عِصْمَةَ الْعَدْلُ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقَيْلٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، أَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، نَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، نَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، يَرْوِيهِ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، قَالَ: " مَنْ أَطْفَأَ عَنْ مُؤْمِنٍ سَيِّئَةً كَانَ خَيْرًا مِمَّنْ أَحْيَا مَوْءُودَةً " وَفِي رِوَايَةِ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " مَنْ سَتَرَ عَلَى مُؤْمِنٍ فَاحِشَةً فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا مَوْءُودَةً "
