أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ, الْفَقِيهُ, أنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الصَّوَّافُ, سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ الْمُغَلِّسِ, يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنَ أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ, يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ مُسْلِمٍ, يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ الْأَوْزَاعِيَّ,
يَقُولُ: " الرَّفِيقُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الرُّقْعَةِ فِي الثَّوْبِ؛ إِذَا لَمْ تُشْبِهْهُ شَانَتْهُ "
