وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْحُرْفِيُّ, نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ الْكُوفِيُّ, نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ, نا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ, نا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ, حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ الْهُذَلِيُّ,
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ, قَالَ: " إِيَّاكُمْ وَمُواطَنَةَ الْأَعَاجِمِ, وَأَنْ تَدْخُلُوا عَلَيْهِمْ فِي بِيَعِهِمْ يَوْمَ عِيدِهِمْ, فَإِنَّ السَّخَطَ يَنْزِلُ عَلَيْهِمْ " وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ, أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " مَنْ نَشَأَ فِي بِلَادِ الْأَعَاجِمِ فَصَنَعَ نَوْرُوزَهُمْ, وَمَهْرَجَانَهُمْ, وَتَشَبَّهَ بِهِمْ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ وَهُوَ كَذَلِكَ حُشِرَ مَعَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " " وَقَدْ ذَكَرْنَا إِسْنَادَهُ فِي آخِرِ كِتَابِ الْجِزْيَةِ مِنْ كِتَابِ السُّنَنِ "
