أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْفَقِيهُ، قَالَ: أنا أَبُو سَهْلٍ الْإِسْفَرَايِينِيُّ، أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ نَصْرٍ الْحَذَّاءُ، نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ، أنا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ: صَاحَبْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ فَمَا سَمِعْتُهُ يُحَدِّثُ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَّا هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ: " إِنَّ مَثَلَ الْمُؤْمِنِ كَمَثَلِ النَّخْلَةِ، إِنْ صَاحَبْتَهُ نَفَعَكَ، وَإِنْ شَاوَرْتَهُ نَفَعَكَ، وَإِنْ جَالَسْتَهُ نَفَعَكَ، وَكُلُّ شَأْنِهِ مَنَافِعُ، وَكَذَلِكَ النَّخْلَةُ كُلُّ شَأْنِهَا مَنَافِعُ ". وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ لَيْثٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، يُحَدِّثُ بِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، وَلَكِنْ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَارِقٍ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُ بِهِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ
