أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ السُّكَّرِيُّ، قَالَ: أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُؤَمَّلِ، قَالَ: نا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ، قَالَ: نا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، قَالَ: نا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ،
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " لَا تُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمَ الْيَهُودِ، وَالنَّصَارَى، فَإِنَّ تَسْلِيمَهُمْ إِشَارَةٌ بِالْكُفُوفِ والْحَوَاجِبِ ". " هَذَا إِسْنَادٌ ضَعِيفٌ بِمَرَّةٍ، فَإِنَّ طَلْحَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ الرَّقِّيَّ مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ، مُتَّهَمٌ بِالْوَضْعِ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ضَعِيفٌ "، وَكَيْفَ يَصِحُّ ذَلِكَ وَالْمَحْفُوظُ فِي حَدِيثِ صُهَيْبٍ، وَبِلَالٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ: " أَنَّ الْأَنْصَارَ جَاءُوا يُسَلِّمُونَ عَلَيْهِ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي، فَكَانَ يُشِيرُ إِلَيْهِمْ بِيَدِهِ "، وَكَذَلِكَ فِي حَدِيثِ جَابِرٍ: " أَنَّهُ جَاءَ وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي، فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِ فَلَمْ يَرُدَّ عَلَيْهِ وَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ " وَفِي حَدِيثِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ فِي قِصَّةِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ حِينَ سَلَّمَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي: " فَأَوْمَأَ بِرَأْسِهِ "، وَإِنَّمَا الرِّوَايَةُ الْمَشْهُورَةُ فِي ذَلِكَ عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ كَمَا
