أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَا: نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، قَالَ: نا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ، قَالَ: نا رَوْحٌ، قَالَ: نا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أنا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ، أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ كَلَدَةَ بْنَ الْحَنْبَلِ، أَخْبَرَهُ،
أَنَّ صَفْوَانَ بْنَ أُمَيَّةَ بَعَثَهُ فِي الْفَتْحِ بِلَبَنٍ وَجَدَايَةٍ وَضَغَابِيسَ وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى الْوَادِي قَالَ: فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَمْ أُسَلِّمْ، وَلَمْ أَسْتَأْذِنْ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " ارْجِعْ فَقُلِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ، أَأَدْخُلُ بَعْدَمَا أَسْلِمْ؟ ". " صَفْوَانُ قَالَ عَمْرٌو: وَأَخْبَرَنِي هَذَا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ سَمِعَتْهُ مِنْ كَلَدَةَ "
