أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُكْرَمٍ الْقَاضِي بِبَغْدَادَ، نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَبِيبٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ أَبِي الْحَوَارِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ بْنَ عُيَيْنَةَ،
يَقُولُ: شَكَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ إِلَى رَبِّهِ مَا يَلْقَى مِنْ رَدَاءَةِ خُلُقِ سَارَّةَ، فَأَوْحَى اللهُ إِلَيْهِ: " يَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، أَلْبِسْهَا عَلَى مَا كَانَ فِيهَا مَا لَمْ تَجِدْ عَلَيْهَا حُرْمَةً فِي دِينِهَا "
